Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thawed
- 1 serrano pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 ounces fettucini noodles
- black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions
- Slice the chicken into thin slices and season to taste with chili pepper.
- Sear chicken in a lightly oiled pan about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add serrano pepper and stir.
- Add chicken broth and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Reduce heat and simmer on low about 10 minutes to allow sauce to reduce and chicken to absorb the flavor.
