How to make Chili sauce?

Chili sauce is Sichuan people's favorite food. there is oil and water system of chili sauce. Oil is made with sesame oil, covered with a layer of sesame oil, which is easy for storage; water system is made of water and pepper, bright red color, not easy to take care of. Today we will show the way to make a very simple chili sauce.

Ingredient:

Chili pepper 3500g, soybean 500g, dried chili 1500g, plant oil 250g, sesame oil 100g,soy sauce 250g, ginger 200g, salt 200g, sesame 200g.

Steps:

1. Chop the fresh chili pepper and dried chili.

2. Fried soybean and ground into powder.

3. Fried sesame and crush them.

4.Ginger cut into the mince.

5. Then add a small amount of cooking oil in the pot, put the pepper into thestir and  fry a few minutes.

6. Mix seasoning and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

7.  Put into cylinder and seal.
